I have been the Owner and Designer of a digital art business since 2023. I oversee the full creative and operational lifecycle of my business, including all aspects of creative production, operations, and customer experience from discovery to delivery. My role brings together my artistry and entrepreneurship, ensuring a high-quality product offering through my digital storefront.

I have been the Owner and Custom Cake Artist of Cakes by Britney since 2015 designing one-of-a-kind masterpieces. I specialize in cakes and cupcakes, including handmade figurines and sugar flowers. I manage every aspect of operations for my award-winning cake decorating business —including customer service, marketing, finance, sales, and

Executive Education

At Edwards Executive Education, I lead all marketing and communications strategies designed to drive revenue growth and elevate the client experience. My work spans the full

marketing lifecycle—from developing strategy aligned with institutional priorities to hands‑on implementation, performance analysis, and reporting. Through targeted initiatives and optimized processes, I increased organizational visibility and introduced automated systems that strengthened operational efficiency. 

 

I also developed and implemented a strategic business plan for the business development division to generate additional revenue, including adapting operations to business continuity during the covid-19 pandemic.

 

During a transitional period, I also successfully balanced the responsibilities of a Program Coordinator, managing and coordinating all program logistics to ensure seamless delivery.

At Directwest, I held positions as a Media Advisor and Major Accounts Media Advisor as an expert in digital and traditional marketing.  I worked with approximately 450 businesses in rural and urban communities across Saskatchewan, helping businesses fill their needs and meet business and marketing objectives. 

Serving as a digital strategist and advisor, I guided clients in online marketing, DOOH, creative campaigns, and traditional media. By deeply understanding each client’s industry and community, I built long‑term relationships and delivered integrated marketing solutions tailored to their business needs. I also played a key leadership role within the team, contributing to the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategic campaigns that drove measurable results.

As the Team Manager for Saskatchewan, I led and motivated a high‑performing sales team, consistently achieving results that ranked within the top five nationally. My responsibilities included overseeing inventory control, preparing weekly performance

My time at Tourism Saskatoon was divided into two key roles. In the first, I supported a major research initiative by implementing and analyzing a study focused on public awareness of Saskatoon’s events and attractions,

as well as gathering and interpreting respondent feedback. In the second role, I engaged directly with the public, providing a high level of knowledge and customer service related to local events, attractions, and visitor experiences. This combination of research and front‑line engagement strengthened my understanding of both community insights and visitor needs.
